CRAB SALAD STUFFED AVOCADO

  • Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados.
  • 1 cup cooked Papa’s crab meat.
  • ¼ cup diced celery.
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • Salt 7 pepper to taste.
  • Fresh chopped chives. (optional).

 

  • Instructions.
  • Cut the avocados in half 7 remove the pits.
  • In a bowl, combine the crab meat, celery, mayonnaise lemon juice, salt & pepper.
  • Spoon the crab salad into the avocado’s halves.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped chives if desired.
